As you have already gathered, your primary role with us is as a management intern. You will be attached to the Administration Division - Training work team. When you prepare your major project, this will be the position title you will use.
From time-to-time, you will 'move' and be placed in positions in one of the other divisions. These stem from case studies or assessment scenarios you will complete. Although a fictional position, you are expected to respond as a professional frontline manager in this position. The manner in which you address and resolve the 'issues and situations' must be as you might if the situation were real.
